How It Works: A 4-Session Healing Journey

Step 1: The Soul Session (90 min) – The Deep Dive
The journey begins with a 90-minute soul session, where we explore your energetic patterns, subconscious programming, and the deeper root cause of misalignment. Through intuitive dialogue and soul-level insight, I uncover what needs to be cleared, healed, and recalibrated.

Step 2: Energy Calibrations (3 x 30 min) – The Healing Sequence
Based on the discoveries from your Soul Session, I design a custom healing sequence of three Energy Calibration sessions. Each session integrates:

✔ Reiki & Vibrational Medicine – To release stagnant energy and restore balance.
✔ Guided Meditation & Breathwork – To rewire the subconscious and reinforce energetic shifts.
✔ Energetic Recalibration – To fine-tune and stabilize the healing process.

Each calibration session builds upon the last, ensuring the energetic shifts take root, integrate, and create lasting transformation.

    This 90-minute session uncovers the energetic root cause of what’s holding you back. Using Human Design, astrology, and intuitive insight, we bring unconscious patterns to the surface so you can shift them. This is where we map out your energy and set the foundation for transformation.

  • ENERGY CALIBRATION

    These powerful 30-minute follow-up sessions help you stay aligned, clear, and energetically balanced. Through guided visualization, breathwork, vibrational medicine, and Reiki, we clear stagnant energy, calibrate your mindset, and reinforce the shifts made in your Soul Session.
