Unlike traditional Reiki, which primarily focuses on passive healing, my approach combines reiki with intuitive soul dialogue, vibrational medicine, breathwork and guided meditation so you become an active participant in your healing journey, not just passively along for the ride. This is not a one-time healing session—it’s a targeted, intentional process that unfolds over four sessions in a systematic process to allow for integration so that the root cause is addressed and old patterns don’t return.
Each session is a sanctuary for your mind, body, and energy field—a space to clear what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner light, and restore harmony to the mind‑body‑spirit connection. Through Reiki, sound, meditation, and intuitive energy therapy, you’ll leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and renewed.

Your First Session
We begin with a tune‑in and inner‑view to sense how you’re feeling and where your energy is stuck. Through muscle testing and a body scan, I identify blocks in your aura and chakra system and focus on the areas that need the most attention. A guided meditation naturally flows into intuitive channeling, and moves into Reiki and sound therapy using solfeggio‑frequency tuning forks to clear, harmonize, and calibrate your energy field. We close with a brief integration, leaving you feeling peaceful, grounded, and rebalanced, with a lighter energy field and clearer mind.

Follow Up Sessions
Follow‑up sessions focus on deeper clearing and alignment, continuing to release residual blocks, strengthen the mind‑body‑energy connection, and rebalance your chakras and energy field. Guided by your current needs, these sessions follow the same flow of tune‑in, muscle testing, meditation, Reiki, and sound therapy to bring your system into greater harmony and equilibrium. Most clients find that a series of three sessions allows their energy to fully stabilize and creates lasting balance and peace.
