Things Can Be Easier. And Actually Feel Like You.
After nearly two decades of grinding away at the corporate life, and the last five years navigating the chaos of entrepreneurship, I’ve learned a lot. Most of it the hard way.
I’ve burned out chasing results that didn’t align. I’ve tried to operate like a generator in a projector’s body. I’ve ignored my intuition in the spirit of the hustle and paid for it energetically.
Eventually, I realized the friction I felt wasn’t failure, it was misalignment.
The tension came from trying to build an outer world that didn’t match the truth of my inner world. And that inner world? It had been shaped by conditioning, fear, survival strategies, and inherited stories that were never mine to begin with. The more I worked on my self awareness, the more everything around me began to shift into place. Life started to feel more coherent and the experiences and events started to feel more supportive, some even synchronicitous.
That’s what alignment really is:
Coherence between who you are and show up for the world.
My spiritual path began in 2012, but it wasn’t until the summer of 2020 that the undercurrent became a tidal wave. That season cracked open a deeper calling and changed the course of my life in ways I would’ve only dared to dream about.
Today, I blend 20+ years of progressive business experience with my intuitive gifts and spiritual wisdom to help souls of all walks of life - from stay-at-home moms to soulpreneurs, creatives, and conscious leaders unlock their next level of growth from inside and out.

In my journey, there were two pivotal moments when I tried to leave the workforce. One ended in what looked like failure, but I now see it as a redirection. The other led me exactly here, doing the work I was always meant to do.
Since then, I’ve helped countless others in their own journeys.
I've helped them ignite their spiritual path, expand their self-awareness, regulate their nervous systems, and access deeper levels of love, clarity, and alignment. I've guided them in healing old wounds, unlocking hidden gifts, call in more conscious relationships, access more fulfilling careers and find a sense of balance and purpose that finally feels aligned and sustainable. I’ve helped conscious leaders redefine their professional mission, vision, and direction and more recently, I’ve been helping young adults find their way forward in academia.

No. In fact, you should steer clear of any coach or guide who guarantees results. Why? Because coaching is a collaborative effort. The successful way to work with me is to be engaged, invested, intentional and be an active participant in your journey.

I offer in person sessions, meetings and experiences in my Bergen County professional office as well as virtually via Zoom, Facetime, and phone, worldwide. We’ll work out a cadence that suits the work we’re doing together, it’s bespoke journey.

It depends - You’ve got to be ready, willing, and able to do this work. If you’re getting this because you want your spouse to change and they’re not involved in your plans, it’s going to have diminishing returns and there won’t be a fully conscious consent.
