MY STORY

I grew up with a raw foundation, shaped by both adversity and resilience. At 18, I left home and spent the next several years navigating life without a clear map, stumbling through lessons that only experience can teach. In my early 20s, I committed to both education and survival, working full-time while taking night classes for nearly a decade. At one point, I paused my academic journey to focus on family and physical well-being, immersing myself in the study of nutrition and strength training. But something deeper was calling me.

At 28, I answered that call. In the same month, I completed my master’s degree and ended my marriage—a moment of initiation that set me on a path of profound self-discovery. For the first time, I lived alone, and with that solitude came a crash course in emotional intelligence—it shifts the inner landscape and demands a level of self-sufficiency that changes you at your core.

A decade later came the deeper initiation. In 2020, the call that had been whispering became a siren. The world was shifting, and so was I. My spiritual journey became undeniable tidal force, pulling me inward with an intensity I could no longer ignore. The last 10 years had been an excavation—unraveling old identities, learning detachment, and peeling back layers of conditioning to reveal my core truth. And when I witnessed the upheaval in the world, my purpose crystallized. The need to serve, to guide, to help others find and anchor into their truth. The last five years have been nothing short of a revolution. Now, my work is about helping others do the same.

My journey brought two very different worlds together - business and spirituality - and has given me the ability to synthesize what often feels like opposing forces, creating a map for transformation that is both deeply spiritual and highly practical and wholly bespoke.

My journey is not over, and I am always adding and integrating. My favorite quote by St. Augustine helps to guide my way:

“If you would attain to what you are not yet, you must always be displeased by what you are. For where you are pleased with yourself there you have remained. Keep adding, keep walking, keep advancing.”

It’s not that I am not pleased with myself. I am very happy. But by the laws guiding our reality, energy in motion stays in motion. And that means that YOU are always changing, moving, growing and that requires consistent self introspection, examination, and concept calibration. Because when you truly know yourself, you don’t just navigate change—you become the force that shapes it.
